Our preferred method of contact is via email because we can keep a record of the conversation between us and this helps to avoid confusion and dissapointment. And you can email us outside office hours and we will reply as soon as we are open again. Usually within a couple of hours. If you prefer to speak to someone on the phone you are welcome to call. Please note that our offices are open Monday-Friday 9am - 4:30pm. Please call between those hours.

If you require next day delivery it’s best to give us a call and confirm that it is possible to get what you need delivered the next day and avoid disappointment.
